In-Stock Haley Strategic Gear for Europe
For European customers, buying from stock held inside the EU avoids the need for an individual import from the United States. Orders for available products are dispatched from Germany, reducing customs complexity and typical transatlantic lead times.
We also ship worldwide where destination, carrier and product restrictions allow. Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for local import duties, taxes and customs clearance.
A Modular Load-Carriage Ecosystem
Haley Strategic equipment is designed as a connected system rather than a collection of isolated products. Chest rigs can be worn with a harness or used as placards on compatible armour platforms. FlatPack models integrate with Haley Strategic chest rigs and placards, while inserts, pouches, hangers and expansion accessories let users organise ammunition, communications, medical supplies and general-purpose equipment around a specific requirement.
This modular approach makes it possible to start with a compact platform and expand it as the load changes, without rebuilding the entire setup.

D3 Chest Rigs: Micro, X and Heavy
The D3 chest-rig family covers compact, general-purpose and heavier loadouts. Each platform can be configured as a stand-alone chest rig with a compatible harness or connected to a suitable plate carrier as a placard.
D3CRM Micro Chest Rig
The D3CRM Micro Chest Rig is the compact option. Its loop-lined insert compartment accepts dedicated D3CR magazine and utility inserts, while elastic side pouches and a front general-purpose compartment provide additional storage without giving up the low-profile format.
D3CRX X Chest Rig
The D3CRX X Chest Rig adds four integrated rifle-magazine pouches, four elastic utility positions and two front admin pouches. It is suited to patrol, reconnaissance and vehicle-based use where more immediately accessible equipment is required.
D3CRH Heavy Chest Rig
The D3CRH Heavy Chest Rig is configured around larger 7.62-platform magazines. Four main magazine pouches, central elastic utility positions and two zippered utility pouches provide a dedicated solution for heavier load carriage.

FlatPack and FlatPack Plus
The Haley Strategic FlatPack combines a slim compressed profile with a zippered expansion system that adds 150% storage capacity when fully opened. It can be used with its backpack straps, attached to compatible plate carriers or integrated directly with Haley Strategic chest rigs and placards.
The FlatPack Plus follows the same concept with more capacity. Loop-lined internal panels accept Clear Top Zipper Bags and other organisation accessories, while dedicated routing and internal storage support hydration, communications and mission-specific equipment.

Thorax Incog Plate-Carrier Components
The Thorax Incog Plate Bags provide a low-visibility armour platform built around stretch materials and 500D nylon. The system can be paired with the Thorax Elastic Incog Cummerbund, Chicken Straps and the Incog TRMP placard with MP2 retention to create a scalable carrier for different threat levels and operating environments.
The TABLOC attachment system accepts the dedicated Incog TRMP without prominent front buckles, while alternative hardware options support compatible placards. Always confirm plate size, cummerbund selection and component compatibility before ordering.

D3 Belt and Load-Bearing Accessories
The D3 Outer Belt uses laser-cut nylon laminate, tubular webbing and a low-profile MOLLE interface with half-inch spacing for precise pouch positioning. The Overlock Tab closure supports even rigidity around the waist, while the matching D3 Pro Inner Belt provides a padded, semi-rigid base for extended wear.
Users planning tethering, restraint or rappelling applications must follow the manufacturer's complete load-use instructions and use the required rated equipment. Belt size is based on the measured waist rather than the labelled trouser size.

Pouches, Inserts and Medical Organisation
Haley Strategic's accessory range extends the main platforms with magazine retention, medical access and general-purpose storage. MP2 inserts provide positive rifle-magazine retention, while pouches and hangers can be placed on belts, chest rigs, placards and compatible carriers according to the individual setup.
