The Haley Strategic D3 Outer Belt is a lightweight, high-strength load-bearing belt designed for professional use by military, law enforcement, and responsible armed citizens. Constructed from laser-cut MIL-SPEC nylon laminate and 4,000 lb MBS-rated tubular webbing, it offers superior strength with a low-profile design. The Overlock Tab closure ensures 360° rigidity and even weight distribution, while the integrated AustriAlpin® COBRA® D-Ring buckle provides a secure, load-rated connection point.
Featuring ½" MOLLE spacing for precise pouch placement, the D3 Outer Belt is compatible with standard MOLLE/PALS attachments, Mandible® MOLLE straps, and True North Concepts’ MHA (when properly installed). The inner surface uses VELCRO® HTH hook for superior adhesion to the inner belt.
Independently tested to meet UIAA 105 load rating standards (10kN), the D3 must be paired with load-rated leg loops to form a certified Type C Sit Harness for rappelling or restraint use.
