  • Other European destinations: Norway, Switzerland, and Ukraine.
  • International destinations: Australia, Canada, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan, and the United States.

Shipping Costs

All prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total shipping weight of your order and the destination country.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Germany: 2–4 working days
  • Other EU countries: 2–8 working days
  • Other international destinations: The available estimate is shown at checkout where provided by the carrier.

Delivery times begin after the order is confirmed or, if using advance payment, from the date of payment instruction.

Please note:

  • No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
  • If you order multiple items with different delivery times, your order will be shipped together unless otherwise agreed. The delivery date will follow the longest delivery time in the order.
