The Falconclaw PTT connects compatible tactical headsets to a radio through an interchangeable downlead. Select NATO or Peltor wiring and use either the headset microphone or the microphone built into the PTT.

Bluetooth adds phone audio and supported communication apps as a secondary connection. Radio communication works without a battery; Bluetooth requires a non-rechargeable CR123A lithium battery. Radio cable and battery are not included.

  • Not included: Radio downlead, CR123A battery, radio, headset and optional PTT Wing.
  • Modular radio connection: Choose the downlead for your exact radio; cables are sold separately.
  • Headset wiring: Switchable NATO / Peltor wiring for compatible Nexus TP-120 (U-174/U) and J11 headset plugs.
  • Microphone selection: Select the headset microphone or the PTT’s onboard microphone for radio use. Bluetooth uses the onboard microphone.
  • Battery-independent radio: Radio communication remains available without a battery; Bluetooth needs a CR123A.
  • Mounting options: Belt clip and MOLLE clip included; optional PTT Wing available separately.
  • Radio operation: Single comm: one radio connection. A 6-pin cable activates channel 1 only.
  • Secondary connection: Bluetooth for compatible phones and applications; functions depend on the device and app.
  • Power: 1 × non-rechargeable CR123A lithium battery for Bluetooth, not included. Do not use a rechargeable cell.
