The Haley Strategic D3CRH (Disruptive Environments™ Heavy Chest Rig) is a mission-ready load carriage system purpose-built for 7.62 platforms (.308, 7.62x39, 7.62x51) and designed to perform in the harshest environments. Favored by the U.S. Marine Corps, it offers a low-profile setup that can be worn standalone with a harness or integrated as a placard on plate carriers.
The rig includes four large rifle magazine pouches with adjustable shock cord retention, two center elastic pouches for pistol mags or tools, and two zippered utility pouches for admin gear and essentials. The rear hook backing enables direct mounting to plate carriers, while compatibility with Haley’s Wedge Expansion System allows full modularity.
