The Haley Strategic Improved Trauma Response Kit (ITRK) was developed in collaboration with Special Operations Aid and Rescue™ (SOARescue) to provide a fast, efficient, and scalable medical response solution for professional users.
At the core of the system is an ambidextrous medical tray designed for single-handed retrieval. Rubberized closed-loop handles enable reliable deployment even with wet hands or reduced finger dexterity. The tray features an elastic retention system that keeps all medical items visible and organized during use and is dimensioned to carry a sealed SOARescue MedMag™ Hemostatic IFAK.
The back of the ITRK includes an elastic sleeve for trauma shears, compatible with 6.25” to 7.25” models. On the front, an external pouch houses the included weatherproof Medical Information and TCCC Card, providing critical casualty data at the point of care. A laser-cut medical cross ensures immediate identification as an IFAK.
The ITRK supports both vertical MOLLE mounting and horizontal belt mounting. The integrated belt passthrough accommodates belts from 1” to 2.25” and utilizes interior loop combined with exterior-facing hook to prevent adhesion loss on inner belt systems.
Manufactured in the USA from MIL-SPEC and Berry Compliant materials, the ITRK is built for durability, reliability, and rapid deployment in high-stress environments.

How long does delivery take?
