The Spiritus Systems LV-120 Plate Carrier Kit is a lightweight, highly rigid and modular load-carriage platform developed for adaptable mission configurations. A complete redesign from the LV-119, it combines durable materials, improved load support and extensive equipment integration in a refined, mission-ready carrier.
At approximately 2.03 lb / 0.92 kg in size MD, the LV-120 uses X-Pac X50 nylon and nylon laminate for high abrasion and tear resistance. Its near-hydrophobic construction helps limit water retention, while fast-drying 3D mesh along the front and rear panels creates airflow between the carrier and the body.
The Reactive Cummerbund uses a rigid CURV polypropylene-composite chassis and rear shock-cord adjustment to support equipment while moving with breathing, body movement and changing clothing layers. Front and rear MOLLE fields, dedicated PTT and cable-routing points, multiple placard interfaces and a #10 UCAS zipper provide extensive configuration options.
Select the plate-bag size according to the armor-plate dimensions, not clothing size. The empty plate carrier does not provide ballistic protection; any protection level depends on correctly sized, separately purchased and appropriately certified armor plates.
