The Blue Force Gear Micro Trauma Kit NOW!™ (Micro TKN™) MOLLE Mounted is the most compact version of the renowned Trauma Kit NOW!™ series, designed to provide essential lifesaving medical gear in a minimal, low-profile configuration for MOLLE platforms.
Optimized for plate carriers, chest rigs, battle belts, and other MOLLE-equipped platforms, the Micro TKN™ MOLLE Mounted offers rapid access to critical medical supplies while maintaining an exceptionally slim profile. Its design ensures the kit remains secure during movement while allowing immediate deployment when seconds matter.
The system consists of a MOLLE-mounted outer pouch utilizing a hook-and-loop retention system and a removable inner medical tray. The inner tray can be deployed one-handed or with a single finger from either side using BLIP pull tabs, enabling fast, intuitive access under stress.
Constructed from 500D solution-dyed CORDURA® fabric and ULTRAcomp® laminate with Ten-Speed® military-grade elastic, the Micro TKN™ delivers outstanding durability, water resistance, and long-term reliability in professional use environments.
