The True North Concepts MHA Leg Strap Kit (LSK) is specifically engineered to integrate with the Modular Holster Adapter (MHA), giving users full control over the leg strap’s position — a first in holster mounting solutions. By attaching the included high-strength polymer bracket directly to the MHA, the strap can be positioned below, flush with, or slightly above the adapter’s lower edge, allowing for a fully customized fit based on body size, comfort, and mission requirements.
The 1" wide leg strap is constructed from Mil-Spec nylon and elastic webbing and features a quick-detach Fastex buckle for rapid donning and removal. The flexible design enables natural movement while ensuring stability under dynamic conditions. The bracket is cross-compatible with other popular leg straps, including models from Safariland, Blackhawk, and Ronin Tactics.
Users are encouraged to experiment with the multiple height options before final installation, then secure the setup using threadlocker for optimal durability.
The Modular Holster Adapter (MHA) is not included.
