The Spiritus Systems Delta Bag is a compact, purpose-built assault medic bag designed to be worn comfortably over a plate carrier while providing fast, organized access to critical medical equipment. Every compartment and layout choice is engineered for efficiency, mobility, and intuitive use under high stress.
The front of the bag features three identical compartments with diagonal zippers, allowing the user to fully open each pocket without shifting its contents. This angled design naturally creates passive retention—gear stays in place even when accessed quickly.
The main compartment opens clamshell-style and includes two full loop panels compatible with Spiritus Systems hook-backed inserts, including the Configurable Med Tray Insert. When opened, the clamshell layout functions as a stable on-the-go medical workstation. Integrated briefcase-style handles allow you to carry the bag between locations while open—ideal for rapid treatment scenarios.
Two slim rear compartments secure flat medical items and keep the pack streamlined when worn. The included shoulder straps attach via metal tri-glide points and can be removed or swapped for any 1" third-party strap system. Mesh drainage panels and metal eyelets ensure the bag remains fully functional in wet or austere conditions.
