The Spiritus Systems Assault Back Panel Core is a modular, multi-mission back panel designed for seamless integration with the LV-119 OVERT Rear Plate Bag. It bridges the functionality gap between a lightweight assault panel and a full-capacity pack panel, offering scalable storage for a wide range of operational requirements.
The panel attaches using a secure combination of directional snaps and full-length zippers, ensuring stability under movement and rapid configuration changes. Two internal stabilizers can be routed into the rear plate bag when using expanded configurations for additional support.
A removable flap system allows the top portion of the panel to be reconfigured for different mission profiles. Flaps (sold separately) can be swapped quickly using the dedicated double-pull zipper system, which also provides routing paths for antennas, cables, hydration tubes, and breaching tools, as well as rapid internal access without lifting an entire flap.
The lower half of the panel includes a permanently attached general-purpose pouch lined with loop for modular organization, dual tie-down points for sensitive items, an exterior zippered admin pocket with loop field for ID, and a hidden rear compartment for storing long tools or breaching components.
Three mounting configurations expand or compress the panel depending on the loadout, ranging from a tight assault profile to a full extended backpack mode capable of carrying bulky equipment, radios, litters, and long tools.
Tie-down loops on each side of the panel and an expandable lower section further enhance capability, making the Assault Back Panel Core an adaptable rear-carriage solution for dynamic operational environments.
