The Haley Strategic Thorax Incog Triple Rifle Mag Placard (TRMP-IC), developed in collaboration with Onward Research (Garand Thumb) and tested by SOCOM operators, is a lightweight, low-profile placard designed specifically for the Thorax Incog Plate Carrier.
Featuring three integrated magazine slots with removable MP2 inserts, the TRMP-IC provides secure retention for a wide range of rifle magazines—including 5.56×45, 5.45×39, 7.62×35, 7.62×39, and 7.62×51—without the need for bungees or flaps. The MP2 inserts allow a positive click-in fit for rapid access and smooth reindexing, while their removal enables alternate use of the compartments for radios, laser range finders, or medical gear.
Three front-mounted elastic utility pouches (two pass-through, one closed) offer space for additional essentials such as tourniquets, maps, or chemlights. For expanded modularity, the optional TRMP-AMP (Auxiliary MOLLE Panel) adds a 1/2" MOLLE field with six columns and seven rows.
