The Haley Strategic Thorax Chicken Straps are a semi-rigid, lightweight alternative to traditional cummerbunds, designed for users requiring a stable and streamlined platform for heavier loadouts. Made from thermoplastic-reinforced laminate, they provide superior stability and weight distribution while minimizing bulk.
The low-profile design supports heavier mission-essential equipment such as radios and side armor without sagging, and the interior hydrophobic spacer mesh offers all-day comfort, breathability, and antimicrobial properties. Fully compatible with all Haley Strategic MOLLE pouches and Thorax Chicken Strap accessories (sold separately), including side plate pouches, PRC pouches, and cable management tabs.
Directly compatible with Thorax and Thorax Incog Plate Carriers, as well as other systems using standard VELCRO® Brand hook and loop attachment.
