3M Peltor ComTac IX NIB Single-COM PELTOR MT14H419A-38 combines hearing protection and electronic environmental listening with NIB communication between nearby headsets. This supports short-range team communication without a separate radio for the NIB link.
TP-120: PELTOR wiring
This model uses a four-contact TP-120 / U-174 plug type with PELTOR wiring. The diagram shows the contacts from tip to cable. The two middle contacts are swapped compared with NATO wiring. Your PTT must support PELTOR wiring and your radio; the plug shape alone is not enough to choose a compatible PTT.
